• You can apply for a return or refund within 7 days if:
• The item has not been received.
• The item arrived damaged or defective.
• The item is incomplete (e.g., missing parts).
• You received the wrong item (wrong size, colour, etc.).
• The item received is significantly different from the description.
• You and the seller agreed on a return.

Refunds

• Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

 

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

• You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be available once shipment arranged.

 

International Shipping

• We do not ship to international locations. Our store purchase is only applicable for Malaysia only.
